On the high E side it's in contact with the board. While trying to figure out what the problem is with this guitar, I noticed that there is a gap about the size of a piece of paper between the nut and the fretboard on the low E side. I took it to a tech for a set up, they just gave it back with the buzz still on it. Now my A and D strings have fret buzz up to the fifth fret. I decided to lower the action a bit (Just enough so that the problematic strings were fixed). I skipped it, D was fine but low E and A have the same problem. I moved the saddle as far away from the nut as I could(I also did that little trick where you flip around the saddle so that you have just a little more room) and it was still sharp. The first couple of strings (High E, B) were fine but G was where I started to encounter problems. After I set the action to my liking, I went on to check the intonation.
Hello everyone, I recently bought an epiphone casino and I've been having major intonation problems with it.
